All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Kalyani is one of the apex healthcare institutes being established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). With the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country, and attaining self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education and training, the PMSSY planned to set up new AIIMS institutions in underserved areas of the country.

The AIIMS, Kalyani invites applications from Indian Nationals for contractual engagement of various Group-B post at AIIMS Kalyani as under:

Age Limit	Between 21-30 years
Educational Qualifications	Essential: I. M.Sc. Degree or equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent; and II. Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science from a recognized University or equivalent. Desirable: I. Two years’ experience of acquisition of books, periodicals and documentation work in preferably, a Medical Library of standing or repute; Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.
